    The compensation varies depending on the company/client you'll work for. Following the completion of your background check, onboarding process, and certificate training, you'll encounter job opportunities with pay rates typically ranging from $10 to $20+ per hour. With the average being $16 per hour.

  • How long does it take to start earning?

    You can start earning as soon as you complete the onboarding process, background check, and certificate program. This process typically takes around 2 weeks, though the duration may vary based on how quickly you complete the requirements. Max it will take is 8 weeks

  • Do you need prior experience?

    No prior experience is required! Our virtual call center provides certification for the job you select, making prior experience unnecessary. Our process ensures you're trained and certified for the company you work with. These training classes will typically last from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the client you are servicing.

  • How long is the certification/training process?

    The certification/training process duration varies, ranging from 2 to 8 weeks, contingent on the specific client you selected for service. These trainings are usually in 4 hour blocks, Mon-Fri, 8am - 4am. Unfortunately, compensation will not be provided during this period.

  • What positions are you currently hiring for?

    We predominantly provide opportunities in customer service roles through our partners.

  • What's a virtual call center?

    A virtual call center is a remote setup where customer service representatives handle calls from customers, working from their home rather than a centralized office.

  • Does the company provide equipment?

    No, the company does not provide equipment. However, we do offer financing options through our affiliate partner.

  • Am I able to work part-time or full-time?

    As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to choose your working hours and determine the duration that suits you. Whether part-time or full-time, the choice is entirely yours. We require each agent to work a minimum of 10 hours per week

  • Are there any fees?

    Yes, there is a biweekly service fee of $49.99, along with a $19.75 partner, Arise, fee. Agents are compensated biweekly on Friday after deducting these fees. Cloud Century Connections incurs business expenses related to partner use, payroll services, and more. Which is why we charge these specific fees to maintain operational efficiency. Fees are only charged after your first invoice.
